Summary
Fullscreen is actively looking to hire an experienced leader for its subscription service team in a highly visible, multifaceted role. This unique opportunity will enable the right candidate to contribute to a core area of growth for the company, reporting to the General Manager. (S)he will cultivate distribution relationships with a range of partners and business models. Successful candidates for this team are well-rounded, high performers comfortable with multi-tasking and a dynamic, high-intensity growth environment.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to Fullscreen SVOD’s long-term strategic plan by defining and delivering against success KPIs * Assist in efforts to optimize revenue, subscribership, customer satisfaction and market leadership of the platform * Identify and drive new and emerging business opportunities that can be significant revenue and subscription generators for Fullscreen * Oversee roadmap and strategic rollout for ongoing content partner and OEM distribution in the US and select international markets * Represent the Fullscreen brand skillfully as an ambassador with key strategic partners * Develop co-marketing programs in conjunction with partners and internal brand teams that enhance awareness and customer growth * Work across functional groups to execute on partner programs, including the management, reporting and tracking of partnership performance * Manage direct reports in business operations and partnership functions
Ideal Candidate
**Qualifications** * 10+ years working in a media, entertainment and/or digital product company * Demonstrated results in the delivery of world-class digital experiences, particularly in the leadership of operational and/or strategic initiatives * Demonstrated negotiation and deal closing experience * Strategic and creative thinker who utilizes data and research to drive decision-making * Dexterity to manage multiple, global relationships with complex requirements * Detailed industry knowledge across entertainment, digital and technology and a pulse on emerging trends * Ability to establish strong collaborative, consensus building cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders including * Programming, Marketing, Technology, and Legal to facilitate and drive opportunities with partners * Great communicator throughout all levels within the organization, with proficiency in presenting strong narratives that drive results with executives and external audiences * Proven track record of successfully mentoring and managing teams * Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) **Bonus Points** * MBA, or Advanced Degree preferred * Experience with subscription businesses preferred * Proven ability to translate business logic and strategic ideas to across the organization preferred
