Summary
The Inside Sales Manager will lead an energetic team of 6-10 Inside Account Executives focused on selling Add-On solution offerings into Fiserv's Credit Union Solution client base. This team will operate as an overlay organization in the team-based selling environment, supporting an existing Account Management organization. In addition, you will coach and educate IAEs on new solution offerings, team-based sales process and best practices, including monitoring and reporting on sales KPIs. This team is a critical component to CUS' aggressive growth expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking a high visibility role in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for successfully leading a team to sales quota attainment * Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the organization * Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of the team * Implements and maintains sales best practices * Contributes to the development of and implementation of rules of engagement, policies, and procedures and programs * Responsible for hiring, training and ramp-up of new team members * Manages performance metrics for team members * Develops and maintains monthly and quarterly team forecasts * Arranges periodic product and competitive trainings * Works cross-functionally with other leaders across the division * Performs other duties as required The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job, and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate
Education * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related field. Equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted. Job Related Experience * 5+ years sales experience * 3+ years sales of experience managing an inside sales team * Credit Union industry experience preferred * Technology sales experience preferred Additional Skills/Knowledge * Familiarity with sales and customer support CRM Applications such as ~~~ * Proficiency in MS Office * Proven ability to lead a sales team in all areas of the sales cycle * Excellent human relation skills, including written and verbal communications and group presentations skills * Skilled in sales and negotiating techniques * Able to work as a member of a small team and to interact with peers and internal customers in other departments * Desire to learn and be challenged, self-driven and able to work independently * Motivating with an ability to develop a positive team culture and drive performance * Innovative with an ability to sell ideas internally in order to improve processes throughout the organization * Experience in leading change as a manager * Knowledge of business and operations in the financial industry preferred
