Summary
This individual is the manager and leader for the In-house to outsourced migration sales program. * Assist in directly selling a valuable processing option to over 750 Fiserv Financial Institutions * Liaison between Product Management, Product Marketing, Account Management, and GSO * Opportunity to interact with all Bank Solutions In-House core account platforms and surround solutions * Key member of the sales team to articulate Fiserv's value to a client or prospect * Respected for their level of expertise in the outsourcing environment and their overall knowledge in the financial industry * Analyzes white space reports and helps create programs to sell into these opportunities
Responsibilities
Work with Client Partners, Sales Executives and Account Managers to promote outsourcing to current and prospective clients, recommending the appropriate solution suite. Maintain sales presentation content to ensure the value points are highlighted when presenting to current and prospective clients. Attend industry conferences and user group meetings as required and deliver sales presentations in corporate booth and/or industry speaking engagements. Conduct competitive analysis and articulate/tailor presentations, promotions, and other sales execution functions accordingly. Manage, develop and maintain responses in Knowledge Central for product areas utilized by the Request for Proposal (RFP) team. Develop compelling value proposition, sales and ROI messaging for your solution set and work with Product Marketing regarding collateral and presentations. Responsible for working with Sales Administration to create proposal standards for designated solutions. Collaborate with Product Management and project teams to provide/drive market and pricing direction. Participate with Forum Conference planning, preparation, demonstration & presentation processes. Work with Fiserv Enterprise Pricing and sales teams to develop and maintain LeveragePoint models for the IH to Outsourcing program.
Ideal Candidate
Education * Bachelor degree in business administration or related field is required Job Related Experience * 10+ years prior experience in sales, sales support, or face-to-face customer interaction required. * Proven ability to promote and sell consultative service offerings. * Experience with Fiserv Outsourcing business units Additional Skills/Knowledge * Industry expertise * Knowledge of competition. * Deep experience of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft PowerPoint * Familiarity with LeveragePoint is a plus * Desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly. * Advance ability to accurately gather, analyze and interpret data, identify and define problems and make recommendations for resolution. * Ability to articulate power positions and present effectively to a variety of audiences. * Advanced external client management and client relationship building skills. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills * Goal oriented and proven record of completing tasks with minimal direction * Ability to work in fast-paced and independent environment
