Summary
The Senior Manager, Portfolio Communications will assist with planning, writing and execution of portfolio communications initiatives and deliverables for internal/external audiences with a focus on Fidelity’s Managed Accounts solutions. This individual will assist in gathering and analyzing data to produce quarterly investment review presentations for senior management. This individual will be responsible for helping to articulate market views and investment positioning in portfolio level communications by collaborating with the investment management and product teams in Strategic Advisers, Inc. (SAI). The position requires strong partnership with the Managed Accounts Senior Marketing Manager, investment management team and other internal business partners to ensure consistency of messaging across internal and external communications. This person must have a solid understanding of investment concepts to be able to simplify complex investment concepts into simple clear language appropriate to the audience.
Responsibilities
* Produce quarterly investment review presentations for the Investment Team to present to SAI senior management. Collaborate with the team to understand data needs, identify opportunities to create consistency and efficiencies across products, and produce high quality materials. * Develop capital market and investment positioning communications across various mediums for managed account solutions with some direction and guidance * Assist in planning and execution of deadlines and deliverables across the team * Build and maintain rapport, and strong relationships with the marketing team, investment team and other key business partners. * Collaborate with broader FIAM Marketing team to leverage best practices and ensure brand and messaging consistency across asset classes.

Apply good business judgment and maintain accountability for own tasks while managing multiple priorities. * Escalate issues when appropriate and provide input into the decision making process by offering suggestions and solutions * Understand and focus efforts on business goals and priorities, think holistically, and make recommendations and consult with other members of the team for guidance looking beyond the immediate need * Anticipate business partners needs based on previous learnings and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement * Understand financial services industry and managed accounts/multi-asset class market landscape **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree * Financial services-related marketing experience (8 years of experience) * Financial services accreditations preferred * Capital/financial markets writing experience (1-2 years) **Skills and Knowledge** * Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Analytical * Accuracy/Attention to Detail * Project Management * Industry Knowledge
