* Maintain/analyze/manage standard costing system, world-wide pricing, new product costing, P&L analysis, current business profitability and pricing strategy * Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Production teams; provide financial support as needed * Direct high quality and accurate costing and pricing information in a timely fashion; establish strong pricing strategies * Establish costing standards inclusive of labor/ overhead rates and material standards * Implement internal accounting controls and review internal/ external audits * Brainstorm initiatives to maximize business profitability and growth * Calculate, review and forecast margins and budget rates * Accounting for material, labor and overhead variances * Conduct ad hoc pricing and costing financial analyses * Train, direct, motivate and evaluate a staff of 3 * Lead cost, pricing initiative and P&L analyses * Monitor and report on low margin items * Approve plant productivity statistics * Summarize information into reports * Support IT enhancements * Manage special projects * Report variances

* Bachelor’s Degree required; CMA or CPA a plus * 7 years Cost Accounting and Pricing Management experience * Advanced MS Office Suite skills required; SAP knowledge a plus * Strong analytical skills and detail focus * Excellent communication rapport * High level of integrity and ethics * Flexibility to work overtime * Agent of change
