Summary
As a Senior Account Manager, you will own Eventbrite’s partnerships with organizers of our highest-profile non-music festivals. We are looking for a relationship expert who can offer strategic support and thought leadership to other industry veterans. We need a negotiation guru who will dig in on complex partnership renewals, loves to run C-level client meetings, and can be a master at positioning the value of our product. Responsibilities
* Own the overall relationship, growth, success, and retention of Eventbrite’s strategic festival clients * Utilize your negotiation skills and business acumen to drive the contract renewal process, as well as upsells * Own client-facing Executive Business Review meetings, including creation of presentation decks * Proactively employ your knowledge of the live events industry, ticketing, and the Eventbrite platform to provide top-notch strategy and thought leadership * Work with organizers and your Account Operations Manager counterpart to develop short and long-term account success plans * Build and maintain exceptional relationships with clients to ensure client retention * Delight our customers by managing expectations and ensuring success both internally and externally
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s Degree * 7+ years of live events industry-specific project management, box office and/or client services experience * Experience managing relationships as well as a proven track record in retaining clients * The ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously, without missing a beat * Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written * Passion for the live events industry and the inner workings of festivals * An analytical mindset and a creative, make-it-happen spirit * Experience using CRM software and Excel * Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to foster enduring client relationships
