Summary
Finding and delivering prospects into our sales funnel is the critical first step behind building Eventbrite’s sales pipeline. Our success is vital to Eventbrite reaching its growth and revenue goals. This role will lead the execution of our existing lead generation programs and assist in the development of new large-scale lead generation programs, while improving the efficacy and efficiency of what we’re doing today. The right candidate for this role is naturally curious, constantly searches data for opportunities to improve, and understands how to leverage KPIs to monitor and manage our processes, all while being a clear and persuasive communicator. We’re looking for someone who is able to help socialize learnings and processes with Marketing and Sales colleagues globally.
Responsibilities
**The Role:** You will be directly responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our large account lead generation programs. This includes working with category experts to ensure we hit our quarterly lead goals, working with other partners throughout our sales funnel to ensure that the leads we are generating are of high quality, and communicating our progress throughout the organization. **You Will:** * Become an expert on our existing lead generation processes * Work with teammates to generate new ideas for finding and acquiring new leads * Analyze drivers of lead generation productivity, making recommendations that will increase our overall lead volume and quality, while improving our efficiency through driving down cost per lead and increasing revenue per lead * Work with teammates and partner across teams on lead generation programs including paid media and partnerships * Work closely with teammates across the globe in both marketing and sales to solve problems, answer questions about our process, and communicate strategies and results * Build reports, and dashboards within our marketing automation stack that will help our team unlock insights about our leads and help us track progress against our goals * Identify, evaluate, and test new lead sourcing opportunities, through customer focused insights and/or implementation of new technologies
Ideal Candidate
**The Skill Set:** * Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus * 5+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably within lead generation at a fast moving B2B technology company * Ability to communicate and present data, analysis and findings in a compelling manner across and up the organization * Strong business acumen and ability to synthesize and analyze data in order to find root causes * Experience with Salesforce and/or Marketo (or similar marketing automation platform) **Bonus Points:** * Active Eventbrite user with a passion for live events
