Summary
Position Responsibilities Ellucian is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to oversee the on-boarding process for domestic and global new employees. The ideal candidate will be customer service, team-oriented, and willing to do what is necessary for an exceptional candidate experience. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will interact with all levels within the organization in order to execute the onboarding process as well as support special projects.
Responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships with domestic and international recruiters, and support the recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and facilitating logistics to ensure a positive interview experience for both candidates and clients * Assist with recruiting processes, systems, and programs improvements to meet Ellucian’s TA goals * Provide an outstanding onboarding support to hundreds of new hires globally * Manage the entire on-boarding process from gathering all mandatory new hire forms, successful completion of background check and drug screening, and I-9/eVerify Certification. Maintain employee files to ensure compliance * Manage the new hire administrative process with benefits and payroll * Maintain recruiting calendar. Organize recruiting events and coordinate related logistics * Improve on existing processes for enhanced efficiency, effectiveness and service * Assist in Affirmative Action/EEO projects as necessary * Other projects and tasks as identified
Ideal Candidate
* College degree or three to five years of experience in a corporate or agency recruitment environment * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook * Some experience with portals and corporate intranet sites are preferred * Strong customer service orientation, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude * Ability to be detail oriented, juggle multiple priorities, projects and tasks at once * Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness and perseverance * Ability to manage confidential data with a strong sense of integrity, as well as sound judgment, awareness and business ethics * A resilient “can-do” attitude
