Summary
Assist Enterprise Sales Executives in their sales planning efforts and clerical duties. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure quick access to information and resources. Assist in the creation of compelling presentations to be given to prospective customers.
Responsibilities
* Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and distributing pipeline and forecast reports. * Maintains customer database by inputting and updating customer/prospect profiles in CRM * Tracks sales executives expenses by consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; preparing reports and submitting for reimbursement. * Assists sales executives with travel arrangements and bookings * Assists sales executives with appointment setting and calendar management * Works closely with Sales Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure that contracts flow smoothly * Develops and maintains relationships across the organization to facilitate access when needed by the sales executives; this includes Support, Security, Cloud Infrastructure, Marketing, Service Operations, Product and Senior Executives
Ideal Candidate
* Highly organized with exceptional time management skills * Proficient with Salesforce.com, Workday, EnablePro and Concur. * Demonstrated experience building relationships and providing phenomenal service. * Possess a solid understanding of Ellie Mae products and solutions as well as organizational structure. * Effective collaboration skills wrangling diverse interests among a varied audience of internal and external players * Possess a good grasp of the mortgage lending process, terminology, settlement services and operational needs. * Articulate professional with excellent verbal and written communications skills. * Possess strong organizational skills and follow through and able to multi-task. * Strong PC skills are required, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Able to work effectively with Outlook calendars to marshal necessary resources. * Some travel required to national sales meetings and quarterly EAE meetings.
