Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who has exceptional leadership and communication skills as well as experience driving marketing strategy. As a member of the CMO Persona marketing team, you will be at the heart of the engine that drives our marketing programs targeting the sales & marketing audience. Your ability to conduct market research along with your talent to lead go-to-market planning both strategically and tactically will enable you to create compelling marketing programs that help us engage new customers and drive revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities
* Conduct market research to understand buyer persona needs, market trends, and buyer journeys; craft specific relevant powerful use cases, value propositions, and supporting key content * Lead go-to-market planning both strategically and tactically to ensure most effective use of marketing spend, including how to build relationships with social influencers, which events and brands to partner with for maximum impact, how to drive increased thought leadership and awareness for D&B, and how best to enable sales * Build strong relationships with sales and product to understand customer and internal feedback and needs and to enroll internal stakeholders in marketing plans, objectives, and metrics * Partner with Content Marketing team to create collateral, videos, demos, sales presentations, etc. that demonstrate the unique value of our sales and marketing solutions
Ideal Candidate
* Proven expertise in translating B2B technology solutions into business customer “needs-based” use cases, value propositions, and messaging * Demonstrated knowledge around – and passion for – the B2B sales and marketing space; current trends, CSO/CMO organizational needs, high-level trends, etc. * Excellent communicator, confident and experienced in expressing oneself in all forums and at all levels of organization; open to new ideas; comfortable and effective at public speaking, excellent written communication skills * Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the visioning, planning, budgeting, creation, execution and measurement of successful marketing programs * Bachelors degree and 3+ years experience in marketing/sales/business dev; MBA a plus
