Summary
We are looking for Head of HR Analytics & Technology with a track record of delivering world-class people analytics and technology. The role is directly accountable for expanding Dropbox HR Analytics capabilities building on a strong foundation of descriptive analytics capabilities and delivering more predictive analytics and hypothesis-based analysis to drive decision making about key HR initiatives and programs. In addition, the role is accountable for the full HR Technology strategy and roadmap while leading the teams of business analysts and product managers of each HR product in the Dropbox portfolio (Workday, Greenhouse, RedCat, CultureAmp, Solium, Xactly, bSwift, ADP, etc.) The role is within our People Team (HR) and leads an amazing team of business, data and product analysts supporting Dropbox’s growing global workforce.
Responsibilities
* Lead HR analytics and technology team including Dropboxers and external partners in an agile environment developing user stories, prioritizing sprint plans, confirming solution recommendations, running user acceptance test and launch with thoughtful change management. * Manage analytics team including definition of how Dropbox collects our data, the tools we use to analyze it and evolve our analytics capabilities * Manage HR analytics globally, acting as an owner to ensure we are proposing solutions based upon data * Use agile and project management methodologies to successfully plan and deliver bi-weekly sprints with technology partner (onshore/offshore) raising issues/risks with mitigation plans * Create and maintain strategic roadmap across core HR, recruiting, compensation, benefits, survey, talent development and ensure demand is managed appropriately. * Measure customer satisfaction of our analytics and technology support via Zendesk * Provide a proactive interface between HR client groups and the technology teams to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday implementations * Establish and maintain strong relationships with HRBPs and other stakeholders. Communicate team and Dropboxer feedback to leadership as appropriate. * Monitor and manage work and workload of team members, providing feedback or requesting additional resource support, as appropriate. * Navigate complex issues effectively which will require an understanding of our people systems architecture/workflows often against time sensitive deadlines. * Manage various product releases which will including regression testing of current configurations, reports and integrations.
Ideal Candidate
* 10-15 years of experience in HR analytics and technology * Experience in global workplace operations program design and launches including customer service, operational efficiency measurement * Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a rapidly evolving business landscape * Humble attitude with a willingness to shift from high-level strategic thinking to stepping in and helping to drive implementation alongside functional teams
