Summary
We are looking for a Benefits Analyst who can help serve as Dropboxers’ main point of contact for benefit questions. A keen eye for detail, a focus on accuracy, and exceptional customer service skills will be a necessity in order to effectively respond to Dropboxer inquiries, reconcile statements or invoices, and coordinate benefits with insurance carriers.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the administration of Dropbox health, wellness, life, disability and retirement plans * Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding any Benefits inquiries and handle all issues in a confidential and timely manner * Liaise with insurance carriers and third party administrator regarding claims resolution, and reconciliation of monthly billing statements, including troubleshooting and problem solving of data or Dropboxer issues * Verify, reconcile, and process monthly billings/adhoc invoices, and maintain reconciliation spreadsheets * Partner with insurance carriers, third party administrators and internal contracts team to process vendor agreements and vendor payments set up * Respond to inquiries regarding benefits administration * Administer and maintain the Benefits website * Maintain and manage Benefits materials and documents * Responsible for data maintenance, integrity and regular data audits * Assist with projects where necessary * Additional duties or different responsibilities may be assigned at discretion of manager
Ideal Candidate
* At least 2-3 years of benefits experience * Ability to define and solve problems by using judgment and critical thinking, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions * Ability to identify, recommend and act on process improvements among responsibilities managed * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders * A team player with the ability to work autonomously * Exhibits excellent oral and written communication skills * Excellent time management with ability to work with tight timelines and fluctuating workload * Excellent accuracy and attention to detail * Bachelor's degree
