Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Ability to provide highly technical support to clients and sales professionals; familiarity with large account management (agency, digital/interactive, commercial, inactive account recovery, etc.) and complex accounts/clients/sales; extensive knowledge of all product lines with a basic ability to independently upsell and/or close sales. - Ability to successfully retain base business and capitalize on upselling opportunities. - Booking, billing and cash collections for advertising placed through any Greensheet product line. - Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggests information about other products and services; Open customer accounts by recording account information. - Maintain customer records by updating account information; Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution; Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. - Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. - Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; - Responsible for managing and executing the administrative duties associated with performance objectives; may function as a point of contact.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The ability to perform light work under minimal direct supervision. Education and/or Experience: - High School Diploma, GED, and more than five years of specialized, relevant experience. - Some college preferred, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, general networking and telephone knowledge; intermediate knowledge of PC operations, proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers. Language Skills: - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills: - Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 100’s and 1,000’s using fractions or decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of time, American money, size and weight measurement, volume and distance. Reasoning Ability: - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Physical Demands: - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands and fingers to handle or feel. The employee frequently is required to walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 55 pounds. Must be able to continuously handle 40 pound weights of material. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
