Summary
The main responsibility of the Inside Sales Rep will be to sell the Dell/KACE specific line of products and services via phone calls to channel customers thru our network of Channel partners in the United States by determining needs, overcoming objections, and providing solutions
Responsibilities
* Focus on managing relationships with retention accounts while developing new relationships with acquisition customers * Providing technical and administrative information, price quotes and updated marketing/sales literature * Responding to inbound or placing outbound customer calls, Establish customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel such as purchasing, management and end-users * Forecast attainment utilizing segment provided reporting tools * Present and demonstrate products and services to potential customers at trade shows and/or on-site to increase exposure of products and services * Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing
Ideal Candidate
* 6 years previous quota carrying sales experience, * Must be able to establish customer relationships with appropriate customer personnel such as purchasing, management and end-users. Forecast attainment utilizing segment provided reporting tools * Experience presenting and demonstrating products and services to potential customers at trade shows and/or on-site to increase exposure of products and services * Ability to maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing * Must be familiar with computers/technology and comfortable using the Microsoft Windows operating system/Microsoft Outlook * Self-motivated with a high attention to detail, strong multi-tasking & time management skills * Comfortable working with others and in a team environment * An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity * Open to receiving constructive criticism (feedback) and applying and integrating the feedback in an effort to improve their results Preferences * BA/BS degree or equivalent of work experience education * Previous experience with any/all of the following is a plus: Technical, Software/Acquisition and/or Outside Sales
