Responsibilities
The Director of Quality Control and Training increases efficiency through process improvements, automation utilization, training, monitoring and auditing. This position is located in the Corporate Headquarters in Rocky River, Ohio and requires 30% overnight travel. Essential Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and oversee service training program. - Oversee the training of new employees and ongoing training for existing employees; develop methods to monitor training being performed within teams and remote offices - Lead training sessions as needed on individual and group level (in person and via webinar) - Develop new/improve upon existing Agency' workflows, to ensure the highest level of customer service, efficiency, and automation utilization throughout the Agency. Incorporate workflow changes into training program - Organize training materials, procedures, etc. as part of the company Intranet (SharePoint) site and other areas of the shared network as appropriate - Develop audit procedure to monitor adherence to agency policies, procedures and workflows; manage the internal audit process to ensure consistency throughout the agency. Identify issues, trends, red flags, and opportunities for additional training. - Maintain the integrity of Agency management system data, documentation, and historical information. Extract Agency Management System information to compile accurate and beneficial data for reporting and auditing purposes. - Attend Applied/Client Network conferences periodically, as well as local Applied User Group meetings on a regular basis.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university - Property or Casualty license - Minimum of 5 years insurance experience - P&C Account Manager experience preferred - Must have both one-on-one and group training experience
