* Supervise and coordinate Auditing and/or Billing functions and personnel * Develop, implement and coordinate through support staff and management, procedures to ensure customer satisfaction * Assign duties and work schedules, train and assist in the development of departmental staff * Maintain & evaluate job performance measurements. Initiate or recommend hiring, disciplinary, termination and commendatory actions for assigned personnel. * Responsible for monitoring effectiveness of electronic equipment. * Cooperate with Executive Management in formulating and establishing policies and procedures to meet departmental goals. * Foster effective communication between personnel and management * Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring Carries out, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. * Directly supervises 10 non-supervisory employees.

* Minimum Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) * Minimum Required Experience: 1 year auditing or accounting experience * Desirable Education/Experience: 2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 year supervisory experience preferred
