Responsibilities

About the Job:

  • CrowdTwist, the leading loyalty and marketing platform for brands, is looking to hire a Business Development (Agency Partner) Manager to join their rapidly expanding sales team and help drive revenue from the agency channel.

  • The team’s mission is to establish relationships with the executives, account directors and key strategists at creative and digital agencies, in order to evangelize, educate, identify new clients and help grow revenue for CrowdTwist.

  • This role will require great relationship-building and presentation skills and will include frequent in-person meetings, calls and travel.

  • Ideal candidate has a strategic mind, collaborative spirit and a passion for technology.

Requirements

  • Formalize a go-to-market strategy that identifies which agencies we should focus on.
  • Cultivate existing client relationships and target prospective strategic accounts within assigned vertical markets.
  • Build long term strategic relationships within agencies and identify near term opportunities for specific brands.
  • Collaborate with sales on strategic accounts and their agencies.
Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience selling into digital/creative agencies
  • Experience and understanding of digital media ecosystem (agency, brand, publisher)
  • Relevant sales experience in digital advertising and/or enterprise SaaS technology.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative financial skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem solving and analytical skills understanding complex matrix organizations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on and manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills including strong presentation skills.
