- Lead development and execution of direct mail campaigns for Life Insurance Direct Mail sales. - Meet sales growth and cost goals. - Identify marketing material, targeting, modeling, cross channel and product opportunities to grow sales. - Maximize marketing effectiveness within established profitability thresholds. - Work with business partners to develop new strategic initiatives. - Leverage historical response and sales data to develop insights and project future trends - Develop and maintain quality control processes. - Develop and execute a test and learn agenda. - Develop plans for the implementation of strategic initiatives to maintain and improve sales results. - Facilitate marketing research activities as needed to support sales objectives. - Oversee continuous review of process improvements in quality control, database activities, etc.

- 7+ years of analytical and strategic experience preferably in a direct response environment - Advanced MS Excel and Access software skills are required. Other database software knowledge a plus. - Able to understand and influence tactical details, while identifying and communicating items of primary importance. - Strategic thinker with experience leading teams and department-wide projects. - Exceptional quantitative skills - able to extrapolate information and apply to other areas. - Comfortable managing complex, multifaceted programs. - Strong organizational skills and attention. - Self-motivated and flexible. - Able to manage multiple priorities at once. - Able to review large sets of data and evaluate for consistency and accuracy. - Ability to formalize and standardize process flows and quality control procedures. - Able to give constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
