Summary
Primary function of this role is to drive sales through new and current Business to Business customers to CBOCS gift card program. Key functions of this position are sales role for establishing business relationships to drive Business to Business Gift Card Marketing Program, manage and lead fulfillment of Business to Business orders, and assist with management and execution of 3rd Party Gift Card Channel.
Responsibilities
* Identify new customer relationships in the Business to Business gift card industry by expanding from set client list * Establish consistent relationships with key Business to Business partners for further expansion of CBOCS sales and service opportunities * Explain to businesses and clients the details regarding price, product information, and the terms of the contract * Promote and expand CBOCS in new/existing sales channels within Business to Business Program * Contact businesses through cold calling and occasionally visit customers on site to make sales and expand customer base * Work with set client list and established business relationships to make gift card sales **Manage and lead fulfillment of Business to Business orders** * Process orders through email, B2B Gift Card Helpline, and online portal * Support and follow-up with CBOCS Guest Relations/Ecommerce Shipping Team and/or Distribution Center Loss Prevention * Reconcile appropriate accounts within Accounting for all B2B sales channels * Maintain contractual status with all current B2B clients **Assist with management and execution of 3rd Party Gift Card Channel** * Provide support to Manager, Gift Cards, to execute and manage 3rd party gift card business with various vendors throughout the gift card industry * Support specific 3rd party marketing initiatives throughout the year * Follow-up on creative assets used in promotion * Provide insight into execution of initiative to Manager, Gift Cards * Work with cross-functional team within CBOCS to coordinate/gather data as needed from Financial Planning and Analysis, Accounting, and third party gift card processor. * Secondary support to 3rd party card production through QA testing * Test the quality of the gift card production (functionality of magnetic strip, work with POS system, balance correctly with purchase etc.)
Ideal Candidate
* College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales marketing environment * Strong sales driving ability, relationship management, and business acumen * Team player with ability to work within the team or without the team based on situation * Proficient in technology required to perform daily tasks (Microsoft Excel particularly) Department Marketing
