The Sr. Marketing Specialist will be assigned to the Primary Care or Hospital/Specialty CBL (Customer Business Line) within the Global Human Health organization.

* Make operational contributions to assigned area including Strategic Marketing, Brand Management, New Product Planning, and Communications Management * Conduct financial planning and management activities such as budget management, forecasting, and business case development * Gain knowledge of internal/external challenges to improve product marketing offerings * Solve complex problems in assigned area * Work independently and receive minimal guidance * Promote teamwork and open discussion of issues * Interpret customer needs, assess requirements, and identify solutions This role will also be part of an Accelerated Development Program that will allow you to broaden your business acumen in Sales & Marketing.

**Education:** Currently enrolled in a program leading to a Master in Business Administration with a graduation date not later than June 2017. **Required Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of professional work/internship experience.
