Senior Compensation Analyst

The Senior Compensation Analyst position is a key member of our executive compensation consulting team, being the main liaison to one or more of the company’s business divisions.
Design & Administration
- Partner with division compensation team(s) on all officer transactions; e.g., new hires, transfers, promotions, separations
- Become a subject matter expert and serve as the primary contact point for division compensation and HR partners on all executive compensation matters
- Partner with the divisions on annual and long-term incentive designs
- Lead market pricing efforts annually for division officers
- Lead annual long-term incentive plan (LTIP) award allocation
- Interact with payroll, finance, accounting, and legal departments as needed
- Coordinate with the CEI Compensation equity administration team as needed
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience
- Minimum of three (3) years financial/compensation experience
- Strong, proven executive presence
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and establish relationships
- Good financial acumen; analytical and creative problem solving skills; strong attention to detail
- Trustworthy; maintains confidentiality
- Proven strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities under tight deadlines
- High School or GED required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five (5)+ years compensation experience, including consulting and internal roles
- Executive compensation background preferred; incentive design in particular
- Bachelor’s degree strongly desired
- CEP and/or CCP designation a plus
