Professional Services Product Consultant, Staff

You will be working with new financial institutions / clients all the time, learning all about commercial banking and treasury management services, traveling across the US, and working with many diverse business units within Fiserv.

* Conversion to and implementation of the Weiland Account Analysis System. * Client care, service, and support of the Weiland Account Analysis system. * Lead internal and client status meetings to coordinate all phases of product implementation. * Maintain project plan for internal use and delivery to client. * Assist clients by determining product requirements and assessing client environment to determine any unique client issues as related to product. * Communicate progress and any potential problems to manager for awareness and/or resolution. * Provide training to the client. * Complete product implementation within the agreed timeline. * Help team in ongoing support of existing clients. * Perform other duties as required.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted. **Job related expirience:** * Minimum of 3 years’ Banking Software experience **Additional Skills/Knowledfe:** * Must be able to work proficiently with Microsoft Office including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint * Previous experience with Commercial Account Analysis and Billing. * This position requires strong communications and presentation skills. Presentations will be given over the web and onsite at customer locations
