Summary

The Digital Production Coordinator will work closely with every member of our Content team to ensure our clients receive the best service and no detail is neglected. That means reviewing requests from our clients for completeness and gathering missing information so we can do our best for them. The Digital Production Coordinator will interface daily with our Client Services, Development, and Design teams, to support the social media, website and digital advertising demands of our corporate, association, and non-profit public affairs clients. We need a detail-oriented and well-organized self-starter who can stay cool under pressure and work well inside a team. Previous experience in a high-intensity client-service setting is required.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with clients to assemble a complete and coherent work requests.
  • Working across internal teams to coordinate content production and presentation.
  • Managing content production for client web properties, social media properties, and email campaigns.
  • Tracking new and open requests from clients about content needs.
  • Discovering new content opportunities and monitoring issues.
  • Supporting colleagues to ensure the full team is best prepared for success.
  • Some hours outside the traditional workweek may be required.
Ideal Candidate
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working with digital media, content management and related tools.
  • Experience serving clients in a careful and creative way.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Fluency with social media platforms and technologies.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, diplomatic team-player.
  • Background working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).
  • Innovative thinking about how people and technology can solve problems.
  • Experience with digital content management systems a plus.
