Responsibilities
* Support new request set-up, data capture, timely delivery of transaction outcomes, lifecycle data maintenance, data quality assurance and tracking support to the Credit Estimate analysts within the designated Line of Business (LOB) * Performs administrative tasks including but not limited: to data updates, review and retention of financial documents, research and disclosures consistent with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines for designated LOB support * Works using own initiative and without close supervision. Supervision is required only on more complex requests and/or inquiries * Independently balances conflicting priorities * Facilitates the proper distribution of requests and projects among the team to ensure timely execution * Completes thorough research and proposes/resolves issues involving data capture/processing inconsistencies * Timely responding to and resolving data inquiries from both internal and external clients * Quickly adapt to and apply evolving regulatory matters, internal policies, and business processes to daily responsibilities supporting multiple LOBs * Promptly and efficiently escalates conflicts/problems/database/data inconsistency and prioritizes key issues to Team Leader/Manager * Demonstrates critical thinking ability in identifying and assessing problems, evaluating and presenting alternative solutions * Demonstrates enhanced knowledge of regulatory, policies and guidelines impacting processing of data and competency in GMO IT applications (nRDE, AccuRate, ATB, etc.) * Assumes responsibility for a specified projects, efforts, services to internal and external clients designated by senior management. End product is completed with accuracy and requires minimal to no review * Improve operational and regulatory process efficiency and related controls through identification and research of issues involving data processing errors. Shows ability to follow through on ideas * Liaising with analytical teams and other Moody's departments (e.g. Commercial, Technology Team, etc.) as required establishes self as a reliable alternate point of contact to Team Leader/Manager for both internal and external clients * Participate and ensure successful new hire training and provide ongoing training progress to Team Leader/Manager * Continue to develop broad based knowledge of financial instruments, terminology, and related business practices. Proactively seeks to enhance knowledge of systems used within the GMO
Ideal Candidate
**Minimum Requirements:** * Undergraduate/first-level degree (E.g. Bachelor’s degree) ideally within the Financial discipline * 2-4 years of work experience * Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive process with no error * Clear written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate complex business concepts to a senior audience * Highly organized and efficient * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is critical * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint) * A strong client focused orientation with the drive and enthusiasm required to achieve results and assume customer satisfaction. Delivers high level of service across high volume of transactions * Strong interpersonal skills and frequent intra-group as well as inter-department interaction * Places interest of the team above individual self-interest. Goes beyond core responsibilities * Contributes positively to the team even under pressure of when performing routine tasks * Experience in a data analysis or business operations role preferred but not required * Fluent in English is essential
