Summary
As a fast growing and profitable web-based start-up we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team to help maintain, grow and provide world-class support to our Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. This is a high-touch, rapport-building position that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will be upbeat, driven, well-organized, share a passion for technology and a love for working in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage existing accounts and maintain relationships with decision makers at the executive and management levels * Proactively engage with clients to optimize adoption, verifying they are trained and effectively using the product on a consistent basis * Develop and deliver strategies that help drive our clients business * Provide fanatical support and service to account base- Identify opportunities to upsell additional users and services * Ensure high rate of renewal across customer base- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis * Coordinates the involvement of company users, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations
Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years of account management experience * Outstanding organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects - passionate about technology adoption- Experience driving adoption of SaaS-based solutions a plus * Ability to thrive in a fast paced start-up environment * Previous sales experience a plus * 4 year University degree
