The ICG segment offers various banking, and financial products and services to corporate, institutional, public sector, and high-net-worth clients.
Summary
The primary focus of this role is to support the Talent team in the management of multidisciplinary projects. These projects will typically be cross-functional in nature.
Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor the progress of all concurrent projects / department dashboard within Talent Management team * Partner with functional teams (i.e. Relationship Management team, design, development and delivery teams) as well as external Vendors to ensure that all process and application development, testing, communication, job-aids, training, documentation, etc. are delivered prior to launch * Lead necessary program management milestones, gates and key document reviews/sign-off such a business requirements; functional requirements and Technical specifications. * Plan and facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure that all project deliverables and critical dates are met. * Work with Project lead to secure the necessary approvals from the impacted departments for scope, work breakdown structure, schedule, governance. * Supporting the development of Business Cases, Finance Reviews, and Business Requirements for Senior Leadership approval. * Provide senior management with regular project status updates, and escalate issues where appropriate to ensure that all critical dates are met. * Conduct and document post-implementation reviews. * Travel required may vary based on individual projects. The Project Manager will: * Create and execute department dashboard. * Identify resources for the project and assigns individual responsibilities. * Monitor performance of project deliverables against detailed plans, schedules and SLA targets. * Review deliverables and project milestones with team leads. * Ensure that Project management methodology is utilized and PMO standards are met for all TM projects (Initial, Intermediate & Final stages of the Project Lifecycle). * Minimize exposure to risk on project. * Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. * Lead preliminary project scoping activities to define scope.
Ideal Candidate
* 3 - 7 years Program / Project Management experience. * 2+ years of technology oriented projects; strong understanding of system operational processes would be an asset. * Experience implementing global Talent Management systems (SuccessFactors a plus). * Experience with gathering business requirements and functional specifications. * Well versed in project management concepts and applications. * Highly motivated and very proactive individual. * Strong relationship management, interpersonal skills with a variety of stakeholders. * Strong negotiation, influencing and decision-making skills. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project. * PMP certification a plus.
