Summary
Chipotle is seeking a Digital Content Associate to support its digital marketing team on a freelance basis. The Digital Content Associate will be responsible for updating digital content across all Chipotle brand web properties, including Chipotle, ShopHouse Kitchen and Pizzeria Locale. In addition to strong organizational and management skills, the ideal candidate has a passion for continually improving and optimizing web based content management services for consumers.
Responsibilities
•Publishing and deploying content for all Chipotle, ShopHouse and Pizzeria Locale web sites to ensure it is relevant, up-to-date, user-centered and accessible; collaborate with various content producers, business owners and stakeholders to update and maintain web content •Creating and scheduling promotional messaging across all web properties as well as creating new content pages •Making copy edits and fixing typos as needed •Providing support and direction for the organization and maintenance of content across all consumer-facing web sites •Collaborating with internal business owners, creative, production and project management teams as well as with outside digital agency partners on the management of a content management system (CMS), while also as well as tracking and managing issues related to the CMS •Recommending and conducting regular web analytics to identify opportunities to optimize sites and to improve how content is presented •Helping to facilitate the design, implementation and analysis of user research / usability studies •Metadata and SEO management •Asset management, organization and tagging •Team and agency training for the CMS •Managing content translation procedures and workflow for International web sites; working closely with key stakeholders and business owners on Int’l content management and approvals
Ideal Candidate
•Demonstrated content management and web publishing experience •2-3 years of relevant project management experience or an equivalent in education and experience •2-3 years of experience working with creative teams / agencies or an equivalent in education and experience •Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills •Excellent written and oral communication skills •Demonstrated experience working with content management systems and information technologies relevant to Web site design and maintenance such as: HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, PHP, Drupal and WordPress •Knowledge and experience working with asset management and design tools (or other Digital Library Systems) •Understanding of usability, usability testing and information architecture concepts •Experience with Web Analytics Reporting & Analysis •Strong knowledge or experience with SEO / SEM **The Ideal Candidate Will Have:** •Strong interpersonal skills and be highly collaborative •Ability to create and manage processes to ensure comprehensive and consistent workflow •High attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture •Positive attitude and strong work ethic
