PHP Developer

Are you an experienced PHP Developer excited to join a team providing solutions to our mission-driven clients?

At Beaconfire RedEngine, you will be working closely with team members to implement websites, integrate external applications like email marketing tools, social media sites, and back-end membership and donation systems. Our work also includes mobile web sites, blogs, building online communities, and mash-ups of publicly available tools and client data.

Required Skills and Experience

• Solid PHP/MySQL skills and a strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Demonstrated professional experience developing for CMS's like eZ Publish, Drupal, and WordPress
• Know your way around a few back and front end frameworks like Symfony, Angular, and Meteor
• Expert at using and configuring Apache, Vagrant, Git, Grunt, and SASS
• Comfortable working within an established development process on multiple projects
• Able to provide accurate estimates for tasks and features
• Curiosity and problem solving skills

Additional Skills We're Interested In

• Experience creating web-based applications using Facebook APIs, Google APIs, mobile web toolkits or frameworks
• Knowledge of source control tools
• Familiarity with JIRA or other bug tracking tools
• Familiarity with eCRM tools including Blackbaud, Convio or Engaging Networks
