Responsibilities
* Creating, expanding, strengthening relationships with the best clients in the world. Seriously. * Analyzing how clients are using their specific dashboard, and identifying new opportunities for them and the product * Live in the weeds. Empathize with your clients’ problems and celebrate their successes. * Surprise. Delight. (those are verbs, not nouns) * Talk to your clients. All the time. Allllll the time. * Follow through on the individual plans you set up for each client – making sure they love you and us and the product as much as possible * Show your clients how Chartbeat helps them explode traffic to their site, build more quality and engaging content, and increase depth of this visit and increase more to come
Ideal Candidate
**Are organized. So organized, it’s a little weird.** * Our client list is growing (quickly is an understatement). And as our first rule is “Clients are partners first,” we have a serious responsibility to those who live inside our dashboards every day. We need someone to own that part of the client partner relationship and multiply that level of service and attention over and over again, better and better (this is the most important part) again. Can you keep up? * You’ll be figuring out ways to optimize and automate our account management capabilities so that running the day-to-day happenings for large set of accounts is seamless – anticipating their needs and questions before they have them to forecast pain points, product learning opportunities, and generally emailing and phone calling like a boss. You’ll be working with the Chartcorps team, resident kings and queens of product education, making sure that every one of your clients knows how to get every ounce of awesome out of all our products and features. You’ll be so entrenched in your clients’ lives and needs that finding new opportunities for our Product Outreach team will be a piece of cake. **Can communicate all day, every day. No problem.** * Any time someone on your team (or any other team) asks you a question about a client, you have an answer. A thought-out, well informed, wow-I-never-knew-that-inspiring response. You’re comfortable taking in tons of info from a bunch of sources and translating it into a simple (not simplified) meaningful insight. And, Shakespeare, we know you’re already itching to blow us away with your eloquence and gold-star writing skills. * We think about communication in the same way - it’s a two way street. Our clients don’t need a talker, they need a patient listener who understands the full scope of their needs, understanding and bringing to light their pain points and opportunities to learn and gain more. Everyone who uses our product does so differently – help us understand how. **Your Know-How** * Brilliant communication and organization skills * Salesforce skills a huge ++ * Demonstrable experience in planning, forecasting, and automation for a large handful of accounts * Proven goal follow-through.
