Business Development Manager - MEMS SENSOR

(Scotts Valley, California)This position is accountable for business development, setting up the marketing plan, meeting sales targets, growing customer base & carrying out related activities which also include customer service & liaising with the factory and potential customers for mems sensor portfolio.
- Develop new customer base and relationships and meet yearly targets
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and projecting expected sales volume for existing and new accounts both short term and long term
- Establish field sales action plans
- Manage customer commercial requirements
- Respond to customer sales, logistic and technical enquiries where applicable
- Provide an interface between the customer and senior management
- Report customer business and market developments
- Conduct customer review meetings on all aspects of their business
- Prepare and support presentation material
- Present commercial and technical material to all hierarchical levels
- Undertake market surveys
- Involve in commercial sales functions and to provide support with customer service 2
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Keep in pace with customer roadmaps and continuously update factory
- Provide overview on Carsem technology roadmap to customers
- On par with supplier’s technology development on material and equipment
- Inform factory and maintain Carsem presence in technical seminars and road shows
- Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Degree or equivalent and related working experience (SEMICONDUCTOR, MEMS, SENSORS)
SKILLS: Leadership skills, Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills, Communication skills, Knowledge of the Semiconductor Business
