As a Client Services Analyst at Canvs, you will be supporting the Client Services team in delivering cutting edge, insightful support & consultation to our growing roster of top-tier software clients.
This role is responsible for supporting the Canvs Client Services team, who owns various Premium Support initiatives across the Canvs client roster. You will be tasked with contributing to our innovative and insightful analysis process, as well providing consultative support to top clients. This role reports to the Director of Client Services * Using state-of-the-art technology to analyze social media conversation surrounding networks, brands, products, and the social television industry at large. * Determine how to improve clients’ marketing initiatives * Work with analyst team to efficiently solve client goals * Manage and contribute to R&D projects * Keep client informed about the social space, and make sure they are up to date on all things social television * Work with creative team to create reporting that is both beautiful and informative
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone that is excited about social media, brands, and solving marketing and advertising challenges. You should be ambitious, optimistic, and have a passion for learning. You will thrive on exceeding the expectations of colleagues and clients, and you will be meticulous with details and organizing your work. * 2-3 years social analytics and social listening experience. * Experience working with listening tools like Crimson Hexagon, Netbase, Sysomos, BrandWatch, Radian6, Nuvi, Talkwalker, Tracx is a plus. * Experience working on big brands or accounts at a major creative media or analytics agency * A passion for and highly skilled in data analysis, pattern recognition, detective work, research, social media, and online communities
. * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
. * Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
. * A self-starter and independent worker * Willingness to take on multiple roles at once and doing whatever it takes to get the job done * Possess excellent time management skills. * Team-spirited, sociable, and enthusiastic * Knowledge of business intelligence solutions and dashboards (Tableau, Domo etc.) a plus
 * Must be based in New York City
