Summary
We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of marketing research or social media experience in a B2B environment. This a junior-level role that will provide the right candidate to get their foot in the door with a world-renowned organized; this is what many would call a rare opportunity! This role is 100% remote. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) contract position that is set to last 6-9 months, but has a STRONG possibility of converting to a salaried employee position.
Responsibilities
* Provide real-time social media campaign monitoring to drive social media engagement. * Provide executive leadership with a daily summary of news they can use. * Offer paid social/search support to provide real-time campaign set-up and reporting * Support social media management monitoring, reporting, and analysis as needed. * Collect social media metrics. * Analyze marketing research data to generate reports and insights for management, including target client changes and social media activity.
Ideal Candidate
* A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. * 1-3 years of B2B marketing research or social media experience. * Experience working in a global, enterprise-level organizational. Professional services or agency experience is preferred. * Ability to synthesize, summarize, and communicate insights to management * Ability to explain marketing research results and methodologies to internal clients * Can create a research schedule and plan * Ability to develop constructive working relationships with internal clients and research companies * Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel * Knowledge of social media and social media monitoring tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Radian6 * Knowledge of Internet-based mailing tools, including ExactTarget * Knowledge of visualization tools, including Tableau * Ability to work independently without direct supervision on a day to day basis and in a virtual team environment
