Summary

The full time role of Bright Pink’s (“BP’s”) Executive Assistant is to provide support to the President and Chief Executive Officer by fulfilling a wide variety of administrative functions. The Executive Assistant will report to the President. This position is based at Bright Pink’s Headquarters in Chicago.

Responsibilities
  • Assist President and CEO with daily needs
  • Manage President’s and CEO’s calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and expenses
  • Field incoming and outgoing requests for both the President and CEO, both within Bright Pink and with external business associates
  • Facilitate President’s and CEO’s external stakeholder and donor relationships by executing research as needed, developing pre-meeting briefing materials and assisting with post-meeting debriefs and follow up
  • Prepare materials and execute logistics for Board of Director’s meetings
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative and occasional personal errands

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college
  • Two to three years of experience in a professional work environment
  • Clearance from applicable background checks
