Responsibilities
• Meets with customer representatives to ensure program/project objectives are being met within designated parameters. • Assist in coordinating activities of project/program personnel to ensure program progresses on schedule and within budget.;Organizes meetings with customer & Bosch personnel to coordinate program activities;Draws up sales contracts, quotations, and internal sample orders for products & services; Maintains customer contracts for accuracy to agreed parameters and communicates relevant data internally. • Manages data in customer portals (quotes / tooling line-ups / design changes / VA-VE) and project folders (CPR meetings, Gate Checklists, Drawing Approvals) • Manage / communicate internally customer program data for forecast / planning activities;Maintain assigned program commercial parameters including (but not limited to) piece price, tooling, development costs, past due payments and open order investigations. • Price Management: Coordination of productivity negotiations planning. Implementation and coordination of Price Breakdowns based on customer request. • Business Planning: Sales planning based on Customer Strategy Meeting (CSM), Price Planning, Special revenue planning, Risk Planning;Profit and Loss Tracking: Responsible for Risk & Opportunity tracking, Price change tracking, Special Revenue/Sales, Productivity Potential Planning. • Claim Management: Engineering Change Management, understands customer process, approves Engineering Change Request (ECR) planning phase and ensures timely implementation. Propose change bundles within team based on change roadmap and profitability analysis. • Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM): Oversees account PLCM situation, cancellation potential and part number manufacturing transfer coordination with Business Unit.
Ideal Candidate
* Four-year college or university degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years sales and/or engineering experience; studies in Engineering, Business Management or Business Sciences * Willingness to travel * Basic math skills required; Must have Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software. Must be capable of learning other software packages (Ex: SAP). * Direct Account Management experience with FCA preferred
