Responsibilities
* Satisfy and exceed customer expectations * Act as a source of expertise for a broad range of routine issues related to the ongoing administration of customers’ accounts and transactions * Exceptional oral communication skills and telephone etiquette * Demonstrate a strong work ethic, ability to be a team player and a positive attitude, which are reflective of Harris Private Bank values
Ideal Candidate
* Knowledge of trust administration is required with previous trust experience preferred. * Transaction processing experience considered * 2 or 4 year college degree preferred * Skills: * Excellent oral and written communication skills is necessary. * Is detail-oriented and highly accountable. * Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Have the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Able to demonstrate a strong work ethic. * Possess the ability to be a team player. * Have a positive attitude. * Flexible to work standard shift between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
