- Satisfy and exceed customer expectations
- Act as a source of expertise for a broad range of routine issues related to the ongoing administration of customers’ accounts and transactions
- Exceptional oral communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, ability to be a team player and a positive attitude, which are reflective of Harris Private Bank values
- Knowledge of trust administration is required with previous trust experience preferred.
- Transaction processing experience considered
- 2 or 4 year college degree preferred
- Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills is necessary.
- Is detail-oriented and highly accountable.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Possess the ability to be a team player.

- Flexible to work standard shift between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
