Facilities Assistant

The Facilities Assistant will provide support to our Assistant Facilities Manager by maintaining reception, ordering supplies, distributing mail, assisting with events, and other administrative tasks within the company.

* Assist in ordering and stocking of office supplies and commissary items for all 2U Maryland offices, 650+ employees * Organize and maintain inventory of all supplies including paper products, sodas, coffee, creamers, snacks, lunches * Assist in organizing and scheduling conference rooms * Assist with shipping and receiving including sorting mail, delivering to exec team, sending package notifications to staff. * Assist with Facilities tickets (Salesforce) * Assist with all “Cheer” events to help promote a positive work environment * Greet visitors and maintain reception area * Assist with assembling furniture and decorating new floors with university swag

* Bachelor's Degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience * Experience in an office environment preferred * A positive attitude and a teamwork mentality * Excellent work ethic * Good organization skills * Good written and oral communication skills * Eye for detail and creativity * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Flexible and able to multitask, switch priorities as needed within a collaborative environment
