Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will support budgeting and forecasting, portfolio and expense analysis. They will maintain and evaluate asset and portfolio level financial performance and strategize with leasing, development and property management to seek opportunities to improve asset level financial performance. **Responsibilities** * Responsibilities include completing financial analysis for all aspects of Companies’ properties and portfolio, including evaluation of property and portfolio expenses, capital, and redevelopment opportunities; * Managing the execution of property level strategic plans, maintenance of assigned asset’s 10-year financial forecast, energy modeling and lease analysis; * Preparing, managing, reviewing the preparation of all financial reports, analyses and documents with respect to the department’s quarterly Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) responsibilities. Reviewing annual NNN billing estimates and CAM reconciliations; * Directing the activities of Financial Analysts.
Ideal Candidate
* BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; MBA or CPA a plus. * Five years in progressive finance positions with corporate finance, asset management and/or real estate finance required. * Investment banking and/or prior commercial real estate or REIT experience a plus. * Proven leadership, management and organizational skills with a record of accomplishment. * Ability to move easily from one task to another and handle diverse tasks with short deadlines. * Organized and task oriented, able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple deadlines, and adapt readily to changing priorities. * Ability to convey technical information orally and in written correspondence, reports and presentations in a clear and concise manner. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Argus. * Some travel required.
