Senior Lease Analyst

Responsibilities focus on comprehensive cost compliance determination, lease and financial analysis, audit report creation, findings presentation, recovery negotiation and audit fieldwork. RRG's lease audit teams, in conjunction with project management and support staff, conduct full cycle operating expense review, audit, analysis, negotiation and recovery.

• Candidates must possess a comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate, lease contracts, property accounting and finance, building operations, property management practices and market conditions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must.
• Premium placed on exacting attention to detail, and strong finance or accounting back group or comparable industry specific experience.
• Senior Lease Analyst candidates must also exhibit excellent management and leadership skills including the ability to independently conduct full scope audit work with demonstrated exceptional results.
• Flexibility and strong experience working within a team environment to accomplish firm objects is a must.
• Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat suit products.?
• Three (3) to five (5) years of lease audit, finance, commercial real estate or property management experience preferred.
• CPA, MBA, or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
