Summary
BCV is looking to add a Senior Social Media Manager to our client services team. We’re seeking a outgoing candidate with a strong working knowledge of marketing and a passion for the digital space. The Senior SMM will communicate, strategize and execute social media marketing plans for our luxury hospitality brands on a global scale. Within the cozy confines of our Chicago office, you’ll be challenged to craft creative strategies and catalyze client communication.
Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience in the areas of digital media, client services, social advertising and engagement. Agency experience is preferred. Hospitality background a plus. * Passionate about merging storytelling with data, we uniquely blend strategy, creativity, media and technology to create meaningful brand interactions within the world of luxury hospitality brands. Ensuring the smooth running of campaigns, managing the day-to-day turnaround of work flawlessly and ensuring it is produced on strategy, on time and on budget. Successful candidates will be attentive to detail, prepared, responsive, proactive and timely.
Ideal Candidate
* Serving as the day-to-day client liaison on 15-20 accounts * Expert on clients’ business, services, competitive and marketing needs * Work with the clients to develop digital strategies and tactics while troubleshooting client related issues * Managing a team of 2-3 to ensure on time execution and deployment * Briefing creative teams, providing direction and helping to positively influence the work * Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns, sharing best practices, helping to drive clients’ business growth and add value * Preparing and presenting monthly reports based on client specific goals and budgets * Take a proactive role in mentoring, training, developing and reviewing the performance of Account Executives/Assistant Account Executives/Account Coordinators/Interns * Travel is required (30%)
