Design, cut, ice, and decorate cakes in a high volume, fast paced production environment and exhibit creativity, enthusiasm, and engagement in theart of cake decorating.

* Prepare and/or apply toppings, fillings, icings, etc. to baked goods * Read customer cake ticket directions and decorate/style cakes accordingly * Comply with GMP’s * Understand and follow HACCP * Inspect and improve the quality of products * Ensure that all items produced by the bakers are “finished" and put into individual store cabinets for delivery * Follow all cleaning activities on the Master Cleaning Schedule in a timely manner * Ensure work and quality standards are met on a daily basis * Comply with Maplehurst Employee handbook * Abide by the Maplehurst Promise * Carry out other duties as assigned by leadership

* Previous decorating experience in a high volume, fast paced environment * Demonstrated ability to perform multiple technical task requirements * Ability to use and maintain an airbrush * Strong enthusiasm and commitment to a high quality product * Good communication skills * Team player * Production experience preferred * Ability to work weekends/week of holidays
