Showroom Associate Manager

Showrooming is a key strategic initiative at Reebok to drive brand momentum in top US markets. Showrooms are regional retail locations that drive consideration through unique experiences and conversion with great product offering. The showroom associate will assist in all aspects of showroom operations to achieve the objectives of increasing sales, engagement and consumer loyalty within the community.

* Drive conversion through best-in-class concierge selling and customer service * Assist showroom manager in visual merchandising implementation * Ensure back-of-house inventory is organized and accounted for * Aid with brand-building events such as fitness classes, workshops and product launches both on-location and in the showroom * Represent the Reebok brand in the local community

* Fitness enthusiast * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to work independently off of direction from manager * Strong understanding of retail fundamentals (sales, inventory, merchandising) * Ability to work weekends and evenings * Minimum 2 years relevant work experience * Experience in retail, marketing, events or hospitality a plus * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
