Summary
The Associate Administrative Assistant will support the management team with day-to-day administrative duties. This role will aid in the effective facilitation of the office operations by leveraging administrative systems, procedures, policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct office support for Operations, Sales and Recruiting managers * Manage and run a variety of reports from internal systems to support daily sales & recruiting needs as well as monthly reports and quarterly reviews * Coordinate meetings both internally and externally. This includes greeting visitors to the office * Assist with daily administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, photocopying, answering phones, delivering office mail and any other administrative duties * Act as back-up for Office manager for contracts and CVs when Office Manager is out of the office. * Track office attendance and daily phone time reports * Maintain the organization and cleanliness of all conference rooms and office area * Maintain inventory of office supplies
