Summary
The employee Care Center Representative will effectively provide inbound call support to all of the Bartech contract employees working at our customer locations. You will also maintain positive relationships by conducting regularly scheduled employee courtesy calls with current employees. This position is a full time perm position with Bartech working at our corporate office.
Responsibilities
* Provide inbound and outbound support to contract employees within Bartech’s customers. * Provide first-day phone orientation contact regardless of customer specific requirements. * Conduct regularly scheduled courtesy calls to assigned employees. * Train and support new Bartech contractors on time tracking systems and other processes and procedures applicable to the assignment. * Provide on-going support for employee payroll issues, expense reimbursement and other paperwork as required including time entry and validation of zero hour reports. * Coordinate company / customer policies, procedures and communication with employees. * Respond professionally and efficiently to inbound calls from employees, answering questions or directing them to the appropriate party. * Meet or exceed established Service Level Agreement standards regarding call volume, call length, and call quality.

* Work in a highly organized fashion with attention to detail. * Provide excellent customer service. * Utilize listening skills and communicate professionally both in writing and orally. * Work with a sense of urgency. * Perform according to established evaluation metrics **Required Skills** * Microsoft Office, Email (MS Outlook), Bullhorn or similar technology * Basic principles of customer service **Other:** * Knowledge of basic HR principles is a plus * Intermediate Excel **Required Experience** * 1-2 years of customer service experience; call center experience is a plus. **Required Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, business, or related field is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is required
