Bilingual Customer Service Representative

• Assists customers - both domestically and internationally - with part sales and machine support via phone, email, and fax
• Provides quotes for parts
• Fills orders and ensures they ship as promised to customers
• Assists Sales Representatives with potential sales leads and/or service issues with customers

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred but not required
• 2-3 years of customer service experience a plus
• Ability to maintain phone etiquette
• High level of professionalism and business maturity
• Strong organizational skills
