- Assists customers - both domestically and internationally - with part sales and machine support via phone, email, and fax - Provides quotes for parts - Fills orders and ensures they ship as promised to customers - Assists Sales Representatives with potential sales leads and/or service issues with customers

- Must be fluent in Spanish and English - Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook - Bachelor's degree is highly preferred but not required - 2-3 years of customer service experience a plus - Ability to maintain phone etiquette - High level of professionalism and business maturity - Strong organizational skills
