Summary
The primary responsibilities include sourcing and staffing experienced exempt level positions, establishing pipelines, partnering with leadership to identify, interview, calibrate, and extend offers promoting our total compensation package. This involves interfacing with senior executives and managers on talent needs which includes providing regular updates on the strategy of sourcing, identifying, and closing the candidates. In cases where an executive search firm is engaged, the role is responsible for establishing a quality candidate pipeline, ensuring service levels are met, and managing the completion of the search. Specific job duties include:
Responsibilities
* Writing complete and detailed intake documents that demonstrate an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and required/desired skills. * Sourcing diverse qualified candidates * Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. * Engaging and converting qualified candidates to full-time hires. * Pre-screening candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques. * Developing and maintain strong working relationships with BAE leaders and other HR team members to create a partnership that yields quality hires, successful metrics and credibility for results. * Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. * Preparing candidates for interviewing with BAE and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectation-setting. * Extending offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of BAE's compensation policy and delegation of authority. * Staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices. * Maintaining accurate documentation on all candidates and searches through BAE's applicant tracking tool to ensure audit-ready posture at all times. * Tracking and reporting metrics regarding recruiting activity and in compliance with company policy and procedures, federal and state laws.
Ideal Candidate
Required education: Bachelor Degree or six additional years of experience in lieu of a degree. * Experience building and executing recruiting plans for a client group and possess excellent customer service skills * Minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting for corporate and executive positions * Experience communicating executive compensation packages * Experience with online sourcing techniques and up to date on all recruiting technology * Ability to generate high quality diverse candidates under tight timelines * Proven track record of delivering hiring results and ability to communicate and qualify their metrics * Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multi-task * Excellent collaboration skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Preferred Skills and Education** * Skilled at partnering with hiring team to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations * Strong analytics with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team * Excellent skills managing people and measuring data * Mix of agency and corporate recruiting experience with the ability to negotiate offers within company guidelines. * AIRS certifications
