The ideal candidate will be driven and energetic, experienced with fast-paced technology companies and rigorous hiring environments. He or she will possess basic technical vernacular, have a strong sourcing background and be excited by the opportunity to work on the many positions associated with our media services, publisher and analytics groups.

* Source and manage candidates for analytics, sales and business operations positions, in multiple locations, and at various levels of seniority * Manage job requisitions in our applicant tracking system and handling inbound applications * Partner with hiring managers, leverage their networks, and facilitate effective outreach strategies * Develop deep understanding of hiring manager positions/needs, and maintain a highly talented candidate pool * Interview candidates and manage their experience throughout the hiring process

* BA/BS degree * 1-3+ years of sourcing and recruiting experience for Internet or start-up companies * Persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness * Proven success with passive candidate hires * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
