Responsibilities
**Your focus in this role will be to build and leverage customer and platform partner relationships to tell stories and craft campaigns that drive user growth and engagement.** You will also support our recruiting marketing efforts by highlighting our unique culture and mission to candidates. You will manage our customer and recruiting marketing specialist and be responsible for hiring additional relationship marketers. Internally, you’ll work with marketers, recruiters, and engineers to identify marketing goals and craft campaigns and content to support them. Externally, you’ll leverage existing partner and customer relationships for co-marketing opportunities, help build awareness for Asana in the developer community, and tell the stories of companies doing great things with Asana.
Ideal Candidate
**REQUIREMENTS** * You have ~5 years in a digital marketing role, with experience in platform marketing and/or customer marketing. * You have direct experience managing people, and are excited to help hire and mentor at Asana. * You’re excited to spread the word about Asana to candidates, developers, and users—you love both the Asana culture and the product. * You’ve developed campaign strategies and understand how to leverage web, email, ads, and social to achieve results. * You understand how to use social proof, customer stories, content, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and to engage existing Asana teams. * You’ve collaborated closely with designers to create content, websites, ads, and collateral that meet marketing goals. **DESIRABLE** * You have startup or enterprise software marketing experience * You’re analytical AND creative—you love numbers and analyzing marketing metrics, but you recognize great design, copywriting, and marketing ideas when you see them. * You’re scrappy. You’re excited to run tests and take risks to determine which programs are most successful. * You’re passionate about company culture and recruiting great people.
