As Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead all strategic communications through the entire customer journey. You will impact customer retention and have responsibility for major revenue growth for the company. You will also lead customer reference and referral programs, as well as customer insights research that will drive product roadmaps.
* Lead and manage customer engagement and communications strategy, using segmentation analysis to drive plan * Develop a customer life cycle campaign program and work with marketing operations to implement * Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc. * Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruit new customer advocates * Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories * Provide product feedback given by customer advocates to the Product Management team
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, and business * Minimum 3-5 years customer marketing experience * Strong passion for serving and understanding customers * Incredibly creative marketing and communication skills * Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts * Strategic thinker to create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience * Previous direct customer marketing experience preferred * Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms * Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
