Summary
The Global Account Manager is responsible for delivering on client and AppNexus business objectives and will help support large strategic global accounts. We seek candidates who are proactive, results-oriented, and thrive in an energetic environment. The Global Account Manager is responsible for day to day commercial operations and ensuring smooth execution of strategic business engagements and client business rhythms. Excellent customer relationship skills are critical, as is the ability to project manage across complex work streams. Strong business operations skills are desired, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans and drive clear strategic outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Drive long-term partnership value by developing understanding of clients’ business and technical challenges, operating environment, capabilities and goals as well as the advertising technology industry and competitive landscape * Ownership of key client initiatives and play integral role in identifying new opportunities for revenue growth * Support the creation and delivery of quarterly and annual business reviews with clients; highlighting progress against jointly-agreed KPIs * Drive and project manage corporate planning processes. Ensure processes align with and support the team’s business direction and seamlessly transitions from development to execution. * Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in account vision and business delivery. Drive indirect resources through shared goals and outcomes * Improve internal knowledge based on competitive landscape, best in house practices, playbooks and marketable client success stories * Assist in the identification, prioritization and formulation of strategically important growth and operational improvement initiatives. * Work across functions, geographies and business units to ensure alignment of local, regional and global resources
Ideal Candidate
