AppFolio Property Manager is a powerful cloud-based property management software that allows apartment, residential, commercial, student housing, and community association property managers to more effectively market, manage and grow their business.
Responsibilities
* Serve as a customer-facing representative for our Tenant & Owner solution * Communicate with customers via email and phone using our CRM system * Monitor, evaluate, respond and follow-up to customer inquiries and support requests * Resolve general inquiries and complex issues both autonomously and in a team environment * Collaborate on group projects and discussions
Ideal Candidate
* Passion for customer service and relationship building as evidenced by 2+ years of customer service experience * A simple, friendly and authentic way of business writing and speaking that comes across honest, helpful and concise. * Extraordinary work ethic * Analytical skills and keen attention to detail * Ability to quickly grasp concepts and ideas and thrive in an energizing environment * Strong interest in technology/cloud based solutions * Willingness to work flexible hours as our service center operates 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays and weekends
